Tbh my 12-week rapamycin + pqq + metformin stack – what i felt

Tbh I kicked off a 12‑week run with 3‑mg rapamycin once a week, 15 mg pqq daily in the morning and 500 mg metformin twice a day, making sure to hit the 10‑minute sleep window after pqq, because that seemed to keep my dreams vivid but not too intense. After the first week I noticed my energy for the gym stayed steadier, the usual post‑workout grogginess was lighter, and I slept through the night without waking mid‑night. By week four my blood pressure had nudged down by 5 mmHg, and my skin felt less dull, a subtle glow that shows up in selfie photos.

The only hiccup was a mild sore throat from rapamycin around day 14, but it tapered off after that. The metformin sat well and gave me a slight metallic taste that I shrugged off. Tbh the biggest change is that I’m noticing less muscle soreness after intense mow‑downs and my focus at writing sessions is sharper. I’ll keep a log of strength and skin metrics for the next cycle and see where this stack takes me.
