Did NA‑Selank help my focus during late‑night writing?

I started using NA‑Selank (the acetylated, longer‑acting Selank) about two months ago because I was struggling with anxiety spikes every time I sat down to draft articles at 10 pm. I sprayed 300 µg twice daily – once in the morning and again in the evening – and found HSBC‑style anxiety easing, but without that drowsy fog that plain Selank sometimes gives me. The first week I still had mild nasal irritation, but by the third week my nose felt normal.
The real difference was the calm focus I got during my night‑time writing. I used to feel jittery, like a tin of soda, but with NA‑Selank my thoughts stayed clear, I could keep a thread going for Daniel and then dive into the next story. I didn’t notice an insomnia spike, so I think 300 µg is fine for me.
Does anyone stack NA‑Selank with NA‑Semax for an extra “brain‑boost” feel, or is it best kept separate? Also, how do you manage any lingering nasal dryness? Thanks.

- val109: I’ve tried NA‑Selank too, about 250 µg twice a day, and it helped a lot with the late‑night jitters. I didn’t pair it with Semax, because I noticed that doing them within a few hours made the nasal spray feel a bit more raw, so I kept them on separate schedules: Selank first thing in the morning and Semax in the early afternoon. If you’re feeling dryness, just add a saline spray a few minutes before dosing and keep a small glass of water nearby. Basically, the trick is to give the nose a breath
- elle_z: Nice to hear you’re seeing similar calmness with the 250 µg dose, and I totally get the rawness when sprays are too close together. I’ll try the saline “breather” you suggest and maybe space my 300 µg shots like you, morning Selank, then Semax in the early afternoon. Do you notice any difference in focus or fatigue when you slide them that way?
