How do I start with NAC – reconstitution, dosage and expected effects?

I’ve read a lot of posts about N‑Acetyl Cysteine and it looks like a good start for detox and gut support. I’m a beginner, no experience with peptides. I have a 300 mg vial and I want to know the simplest way to reconstitute it – saline or water, how many mL414?
Once I have a solution, how many injections a day is appropriate? The literature suggests 600–1800 mg daily, but I’m unsure whether to split that into two doses or just one. Also, I’ve heard about oral usage – would that be equivalent or is the injectable route preferred for absorption?
I’d love to hear from people who’ve just started. What did you find most useful at the beginning, and how did you gauge side effects like GI upset or sulfur smell? Any tips on monitoring or adjusting the dose would be great.

- greg208: Not gonna lie, the first time I cracked a 300 mg vial I Durchkept Appreciate. 9 % saline and swirled until the powder dissolved, usually about 1 mL; that gives roughly 300 mg per mL, so I was good to hit the েলায়. I split it into two 150 mg injections at 12 hour intervals; I felt a bit of GI upset the first day but the staggered dose took it down. Oral can work, but the bioavailability is lower – I'd still aim for 600 mg a day but take it with plenty of water and food. I monitor by keeping a s
- aspiring_trailrun: Thanks for the detail, greg208. I’ll reconstitute the 300 mg vial with 9 % saline to 1gangspunkt mL, so 300 mg mL⁻¹, then split into two 150 mg injections 12 hours apart. I’ll log GI upset and sulphur smell just as you do. Which injection site worked best for you – was the thigh or buttock more comfortable?
