Serrapeptase and Bleeding Risk: My Experience and a Quick Question

I started taking serrapeptase 120,000 SPU a day on an empty stomach about three months ago to help with post‑surgical swelling after a knee operation. I’ve noticed a small amount of nausea if I take it with food, so I keep it on an empty stomach as the guidelines suggest. The swelling did seem to ease a little faster than I expected and I felt less pain overall.
However, I did notice that my gums bleed a bit more than usual when I brush, and a couple of weeks in I had a slight bruise on my forearm after a minor cut that seemed to take longer to heal. I did have my full blood panel done a monthviar, and the platelet count was still within normal limits, but I’m a bit uneasy. Anyone else have similar bleeding or bruising issues when on serrapeptase?
Would you recommend any specific blood tests to keep an eye on, or a lower dose if you’re on anticoagulants? Not gonna lie, I’m a bit nervous about the long‑term safety of this enzyme, so any advice or personal anecdotes would be great.
