Tbh how my semax/selank stack is changing my focus and mood

Tbh i’ve been on semax 600mcg twice a day and selank 400mcg a couple of times a week for the last six weeks and i’ve noticed a few things that keep me curious, i’ve got a sharper focus during my writing sessions, almost as if the mental fog from theDecrypts and client deadlines has lifted, i used to nod off halfway through a deadline but now i can stay awake and think in a linear way, i also feel less jittery, which is odd because i always think the stimulants are going to make you wired, but selank’s anxiolytic vibe seems to counter that, i’ve got a calmer mood, the nerves that usually pop up before a client call are less intense, i still get a headache occasionally after the first dose but it goes away by the end of the day, i haven’t experienced any nasal irritation so far, i guess the spray form is pretty gentle, i’ve set my intake schedule to avoid late afternoon dosing because i don’t want to stay awake too late and i’ve kept a simple log in my notebook, i’ll tweak the timing if i feel the balance shift, any of you noticed similar shifts or have tips on reducing the early morning headaches?

- aspiring_trailrun: I’ve been on semax for a bit and the headache window usually shows up right after the first spray, then fades by mid‑afternoon. I’ve found that sipping water before and after the dose helps a lot. Another trick I use is to split the 600 µg intoonomies – 300 µg neat, then 300 µg later in the morning, which seems to cut the early‑morning pain without losing the focus boost. Have you tried adjusting the timing of the first dose or maybe cutting it back to 500 µg to see if that eases the headache?
- hank_m: Tbh i’ve been sipping water before the spray, but i never split it up – i stick to the 600 µg twice a day, 09:00 and 14:00, but the 14:00 dose is always off‑balance for me, so i’ll try the 300/300 split you mentioned for tomorrow morning to see if the early‑morning headache eases, and maybe cut it back to 500 µgவு to see if it stays jigg‑less.
