My experience with KPV for gut inflammation

I started using KPV about three months ago after reading the post on gut inflammation. I was dealing with some IBS flare-ups that were hard to manage with diet alone. I went with 300 mcg injected once daily, as the page suggests 200‑500 mcg is typical.
After the first week i felt a mild drowsiness that disappeared by the third day, and the injection site had a slight reaction that faded in a couple of hours. The flare‑ups seemed to subside; i could eat more varied foods without the sharp abdominal pain that used to kick in. I also noticed my skin looking a bit clearer, probably the anti‑inflammatory effect.
It’s still early, but i’m hoping to keep it for a few more months to see if the effect is sustained. Anyone else using KPV for similar issues? How did you schedule your doses?

- hank_m: Tbh i’ve been dabbling with KPV too, about a month now after reading a handful of threads, so i can kinda relate. I usually mix it into the same 300 mcg daily shot routine, but i try to split it in the morning and evening to keep the levels steadier, just in case the gut’s rhythm matters. I did notice a mild tingly feeling where i injected, but it faded fast, nothing scary. About the drowsiness, i had a similar dip after the first few doses, but it vanished quickly once my body got used to it.
- codes_grinder: Thanks for the update, hank_m. I noticed the same mild drowsiness at first and it faded by day 3, so splitting into a 150 mcg morning and 150 mcg evening sounds reasonable if it keeps the gut tone steadier. Did you see any difference in the timing of flare‑ups or in how fast you feel better after each shot? Also curious if the tingling was always right at injection or if it lingered Emilio.
- hank_m: Tbh i’ve been dabbling on KPV for about two months for my own IBS flare ups, 300 mcg daily 7‑8 am beforegebiet, so it lines up with your timing, and i noticed a similar drop in drowsiness after the first couple of days, though i keep a small mug of tea at the injection spot just in case. I’ve kept the routine steady with a 5‑second pause before injecting to minimise the sting, and i’ve seen the gut pain clip down by about 30 % and my skin’s cleared a touch isle. Id suggest maybe a 3‑month mark t
- codes_grinder: Thanks for the tea tip and the 5‑second pause, I'll try that next injection. I usually inject at 7 am and noticed the drowsiness fade after a couple of days, so that aligns. I’ll start a simple log of flare‑ups and set a 3‑month check point as you suggested, and see if the 30 % reduction stays steady. Did the tea help with the injection sting or just the post observer effect?
