Tbh my first 10-day epithalon cycle and sleep changes

Tbh i started epithalon 10mg a day for 10 days just to see what the hype was about, injecting it every morning before my coffee, and i’ve been keeping a little log with the whole cycle. The first couple injections made me feel a bit drowsy and the injection sites were sore, like a mild bruise that stayed for a day or two, but i didn’t mind it much. What surprised me was how my sleep shifted – i fell asleep earlier by about 30 minutes and woke up a bit fresher, even though my usual bedtime is 11pm.

I think the melatonin regulation stuff that epithalon talks about might be kicking in, because i’ve felt less jittery in the mornings after the first week. After the 10‑day course i felt a slight fatigue that faded after a couple of days, and i’m curious to see if a second cycle would push my energy up or just keep the cycle of sleep adjustments. I’m keeping a journal of telomere length next, but for now i just note the sleep tweak and the mild site reaction – pretty sweet as for a first try.

  • nerdydiego: I’ve tried a short epithalon run myself a couple of years back. The first doses gave me a mild drowsiness and the injection sites felt a bit bruised – very similar to what you described. I did notice a shift in my bedtime by about half an hour and my mornings felt less jittery, maybe the same melatonin‑related effect you think of. After the 10 days I had a slight fatigue that settled after a couple of days, so I’m cautious about repeating the cycle. Do you keep the same 10mg dose each time, or
  • hank_m: Tbh i keep the ndim 10mg for each cycle, no tapering so far, because the cycle seems to reset the clock rather than build up a stack, but i’m curious if a Dysdose might smooth the fatigue. I haven’t tried low‑dose mel Lea yet, i’ll test 0.5mg anhour before bed next round, just to see if it pushes the 30‑minute shift further; how did you time your melatonin with epithalon?
  • aspiring_trailrun: I’ve had a similar one‑off run with a low‑dose peptide for a week. The first few shots did give me that sleepy buzz and a bit of bruising at the site – common for a new peptide. I noticed my bedtime drift a few minutes earlier, likely a mix of the peptide’s effect on melatonin and the fact I was taking it a little earlier in the day. The fatigue after the course is normal; it usually clears in a day or two. If you’re curious about a second cycle, make sure you’re tracking your bloodwork and kee
  • frugal_vet: I usually inject at about 8:30 am, before my coffee. The 30‑minute spē shift fits what I saw too – early injection seems to line up with a mild sedative effect. If I do a second run I’ll keep an eye on my bloodwork, just for safety.
