Trying GlyNAC for Energy and Sleep – Any Tips on Dosing?

I’ve just started looking into GlyNAC after reading the recent reports about it restoring glutathione and improving mitochondrial function in older adults. A bit of fog and low energy has been creeping into my routine lately, and I’m keen to see if this combo can help. I’m roughly 38, still active but the days start to feel a tad sluggish.
The recommended dose I saw is about 100 mg/kg of glycine plus 100 mg/kg of N‑acetylcysteine per day, split 1–2 times. I’m wondering if that’s produces the same benefit in someone who’s not on any other supplements, or if it’s better to start smaller and work up. Also, have you noticed any particular timing that works best – before exercise, in the morning, or before bed?
I’ve had a mild tummy upset when taking NAC alone before, so I’m a bit cautious. Any real‑world tips or observations would be brilliant.
