Orforglipron Titration Experience: Appetite, Nausea, and Weight Loss

I started orforglipron 12 mg once daily last month after reading about its oral GLP‑1 benefits. My first week I felt the typical nausea kick in around 4 pm, a bit like the early days on semaglutide but less intense. By day 6 the nausea eased, so I bumped to 24 mg.

Appetite dropped noticeably, after lunch I could only handle a half‑cup of veggies before feeling full. HRV climbed from 45 ms to 53 ms over that week, which felt like my body adjusting. I noticed a 2‑lb weight loss cien in the first 10 days, mostly fat per my DEXA.

On the 18th day I hit 30 mg; nausea recurred at 10 pm, but it subsided over the next few days. I’m now at 30 mg with steady appetite suppression, moderate nausea, and no vomiting. Anyone else tuning up to 30 mg? What’s your nausea threshold and how did youchas?
