Oral BPC‑157 After a Hamstring Strain – What I Noticed

After a nasty hamstring strain on trail one month ago, I was looking for something to ease the pain and speed up healing without injections. I started oral BPC‑157 at 1 mg once daily, right after the first week of conservative rehab. I took it in the morning with a glass of water, seeing if the gut contact would help the systemic inflammation.
The first couple of days I got a mild nagging stomach ache, which faded by day three. Around the second week I noticed the muscle felt less tight and the soreness dropped by roughly 20 %. By theერბ third week I could do a light jog without any discomfort.
I’ve been on the same dose for six weeks now and the hamstring feels solid, but I’m wondering if adding a low dose of TB‑500 during the taper phase would give a further boost, or if the oral route is sufficient on its own. Anyone else have similar timing or dosing tips for combining these two?
