Noticed mild nausea after first Survodutide dose – is this normal?

6 mg subcut once a week. About an hour after the injection I felt a bit queasy, like mild nausea, and it hung around for maybe three to four hours before easing off. I hadn’t eaten much beforehand, just a coffee and toast, so I wonder if that made it worse.

Has anyone else noticed similar stomach discomfort with the first dose or two? Did taking it with a proper meal or splitting the dose help reduce the queasiness? I’m also curious if the nausea tends to fade with continued use or if it’s a sign I should lower the amount. Just sharing my experience, keen to hear what others have found.
