Tbh i’m excited about the fertility angle because i’ve heard a lot of people fear losing their testicular function when they start TRT, and this అభ proves there’s a viable alternative that keeps the sperm factory running. I’ve never taken clomiphene myself, but i’ve experimented with low‑dose testosterone for a short time and noticed a weird drop in libido after a few weeks, so i might try the SERM route next. 5 or start lower and step up?
