Trying Adamax for focus – any tips on dosing or stacking?

I’ve been curious about Adamax after reading it’s a more stable Semax analog. Last week I tried a low microgram dose intranasal in the morning, just to see how it felt. I noticed a slight sharpening in my ability to stay on task during work, but also a mild headache later in the afternoon that faded after I drank water and took a break.

I’m wondering if others have found a sweet spot dose that avoids the overstimulation side effect. Has anyone stacked Adamax with Selank for anxiety balance, or paired it with something like apigenin in the evening to smooth out the edges? I’m not looking for medical advice, just real‑world anecdotes about what worked or didn’t for you. Any insights on timing, frequency, or what to watch for would be appreciated.

  • hank_m: I’ve tried adamax a few times in the morning too, around 5–10 µg intranasal, and it gave me that sharp focus you mentioned, but i’d always get a tension headache mid‑afternoon, so i cut back to 3–5 µg and it stopped the pain, though i felt a bit less punchy. I never stacked it with selank, but i did pair it with a light dose of apigenin (about 300 mg) right before bed and the next day the jitters were gone and i slept through. The trick i noticed is to keep the total daily dose below 15 µg and g
  • night_researcher: The headache at higher doses is exactly what I saw, lowering to 3-5µg stopped mine too, though I still felt a bit foggy without the 10µg punch. Did your apigenin stack help with alertness the next day, or did you just sleep better? I’m curious if timing the apigenin with Adamax (like you did before bed) or spacing them further apart matters more.
