Human lifespan claims still feel too hyped for me

Nature has a sharp piece pushing back on the usual “how long can we live” hype. It says the data on human lifespan limits is messy, and I think that is a healthy reminder for this board.
I like this because longevity gets weird fast. People talk about biomarkers, NAD, rapa, all that, but then the headline jumps to living 120 or 150 like it is basically solved. For me, that feels too confident. Anecdotally, the boring stuff still seems more solid, sleep, training, body fat, blood pressure, glucose, and not smoking. The article matches my bias a little, maybe, but I think that skepticism is needed.
What do you all think actually moves the needle most right now, a peptide or compound, or just better fundamentals and better tracking?
