Anyone cycling rapamycin for longevity and tracking sleep or labs?

I’ve been reading up on rapamycin and keep coming back to the same practical question, which is how people are actually timing it in real life. The idea of pulsed dosing makes sense to me on paper, but I’m still trying to work out what’s worth watching beyond the theory.

Has anyone here noticed anything useful with sleep, energy, skin, or recovery after a few months on it? I’m especially keen on what changed, if anything, when you compared before and after against basic markers like lipids, fasting glucose, or just how you felt in the arvo.

I’ve personally only done the reading so far, not taken it yet. The mouth sores and the wound healing piece make me a bit cautious, because that seems like the sort of thing you would only want to discover after you’ve committed to a dumb haircut or a gym injury. From what I’ve seen, low-dose weekly use is the usual discussion, but I’d rather hear how it has played out for people in practice, good on ya if you’ve tracked it properly.
