NSI-189 + Dihexa: my 4‑week memory boost test

Tbh i started a little experiment 4 weeks ago mixing 60 mg NSI‑189 with 10 mg Dihexa daily to see if the combo could help me remember all the plot twists for the novel i’m writing and keep my head clear during long editing sessions, because i always feel a bit fuzzy after a full day of typing. I took the NSI‑189 in the morning and the Dihexa in the evening to avoid any overlap, and i made a simple spaced‑repetition list of 50 random facts to test recall every morning. After the first week i noticed a slight lift in my focus and i was able to pull the facts out a bit quicker than before, no more blank‑spans when i open my notes.

By week three i felt my memory felt less fuzzy, and i even got less night‑time sweats that usually wipe out my sleep after a deadline crunch. The only thing i’ve had is a mild headache a couple of nights, which I think was just the brain getting a bit overstimulated, but i’ve had no serious side effects. I’m happy with the results so far and plan to keep a log for a longer run, but it’s definitely a sweet boost for the creative grind.
