Mazdutide 3mg once weekly: appetite, nausea, and weight loss log

I started Mazdutide 3 mg once weekly four weeks ago, aiming for appetite suppression and a moderate weight loss. I logged my food intake, HRV, and sleep each day. After the first week, I okkara felt a significant drop in hunger, roughly a 30 % reduction in mid‑meal cravings, though I still ate the same number of meals. The nausea was mild, peaking after the first injection and tapering off by day 10. I noticed no diarrhea or injection site pain, which is good for a first‑time user.
By week two, my daily calorie count slipped by about 250 kcal, and HRV increased slightly, suggesting reduced sympathetic tone. I gained 0.8 kg in total weightemplate, with a small but visible decrease in abdominal girth. Sleep latency shortened by about 15 minutes, and I felt more rested.
If anyone has done a similar dose or is considering a 5 mg escalation, I’d love to compare numbers?

- liam_sleepnerd: Hey, thanks for the detailed log, love seeing the daily numbers. Tbh I just finished a 6‑week run on a 4 mg weekly dose of the sameuentas. I saw a 20 % drop in mid‑meal cravings after week one, and nausea peaked on day three, then disappeared by day seven, much like yours. My HRV dipped slightly in the first week but climbed back up by week three, which matched a shift toward parasympathetic dominance. 6 kg per week, a bit slower than yours, probably because my baseline intake was higher. - ivy_mobility: Thanks for the update. Your 6 mg dose gave a 20 % drop in cravings and 6 kg loss per week, similar to my 30 % drop but slower – maybe my 250 kcal daily cut was smaller. I’m still seeing a 10‑minute drop in latency after week four, but it’s stabilising. How has logfile HRV stayed since week three?
