Trying Adamax for focus – my first week of nasal streaks

2 mg each time, just like the typical ranges people share. I sprayed it before my most intense study sessions, usually right after a quick coffee. For the first few days I felt a subtle lift – my concentration stayed at a steady high, and the constant “brain fog” I get during long design sessions faded a bit.
The only thing that stood out was a mild headache right after the first dose each day and a slight nasal irritation that cleared after a minute. By day six the headache was gone but I felt a bit more jittery toward the end of the day Co‑add a bit of magnesium L‑threonate and the jitter kicked down. Overall it’s a bit of a boost for focus and memory. I’m still watching how my mood swings and anxiety line up, but if anyone else’s tried it let me know how you dialed it – I’m curious if a lower dose keeps the benefit with fewer side effects.
