Trying na selank amidate for calm focus during deadlines

Tbh i started using na selank amidate (the stabilized selank version with the amidate tweak) about three weeks ago when my deadlines were piling up and the usual caffeine buzz felt more jittery than/colorful. I nebulise 600 mcg in the morning and again at noon, and i’ve noticed a steadier calm that keeps my mind from chasing every half‑second of stress. I didn’t feel the inevitable after‑caffeine crash; instead there’s a mild, almost gentle focus that lets me write longer stretches without the usual mental fatigue.

The nasal irritation i had on day one was mild and disappeared after a week. I used to rely on selank (the plain version) and it was great for anxiety but the effect fizzled around midday – the amidate version seems to hold longer. I’ve been pairing it with a low dose of dihexa (30 µg) for a bit of cognitive boost, but i’m keeping the dihexa at the lowest level because i’m testing the na‑selank alone first.

I’ve had no sedation or headaches, just a smoother mental steady‑state. I’ll keep a log for the next month to see how the mood and focus hold up over longer projects.
