Thymalin injection site soreness and fatigue – normal?

Hey y'all, I just finished a 7‑day run of thymalin (5 mg daily IM) trying to give my immune system a little boost. The first couple of shots left a pretty noticeable ache at the injection site that lingered for a day or two, and I felt a bit more tired than usual in the evenings. I know the KB mentions injection site pain and transient fatigue as possible side effects, but I wanted to hear if others have seen the same or if it’s just my body reacting to something new.

5 mg twice a day) makes a difference. Any tips on making the experience smoother while still getting the benefit?
