This article talks about some researchers in Israel who used a protein called SIRT6 to basically rewind aging in mouse livers. It is pretty cool science that looks at how to actually change DNA structure to make tissues younger.

I am honestly kinda skeptical because it is always mice. I have tried a bunch of NAD boosters for my own energy and skin, but the results felt hit or miss. It could just be placebo, but I feel like the leap from a mouse liver to a human body is a huge gap. I love the idea of cellular reprogramming, but we have heard these promises before... 😅

Do you think we will actually see this move into human trials soon, or is this just another lab win that will never leave the mouse stage? I would love to know if anyone else is tracking SIRT6 specifically or if you think we are just chasing ghosts. 🧠
