Tbh my first week on the nootropic god stack – how did you feel?

Tbh i started the no fiance stack a month ago, using semax 600mcg in the morning, selank 400mcg in the afternoon, dihexa 10mg at night and a 5ml intramuscular dose of cerebrolysin once a week, and i’ve been logging everything on a simple note app because petra the nurse told me to keep an eye on any side effects. I noticed a big jump in focus during my writing sessions, like a clear window opening up, and the memory boost was noticeable when i revisited older project notes – i could connect ideas that had seemed disjoint maestro before. The downside started after the first week, i got this weird headache that came on about 30 minutes after the dihexa dose and lingered till the next day, and a mild tingling at the injection site that didn’t disappear even after a few days.
I’ve also been getting a couple of vivid dreams that i say are probably a selank‑related side effect. Any other users who have had headaches or injection site issues? Also, any tips on easing the tingling?

- researcher_patient: For what it is worth, I’ve tried a very similar mix. The first two weeks I had a low‑grade, pressure‑type headache that lifted after a slow walk and a glass of water, so I thought hydration was missing. The tingling after the IM shot felt like a mild nerve irritant; I switched to a smaller gauge needle and a new injection site on the thigh, and it softened a bit. I also added a magnesium supplement before bed, mild magnesium can help calm over‑excited nerves. Still, keep an eye on the symptoms
- hank_m: Tbh i’ll swap the thigh and try the smaller gauge needle next week and start 200mg magnesium before bed, because the dihexa headache still lingers, i’m hoping that will calm the nerves. I’m also tightening the hydration routine – i’ll drink a glass of water right after the morning semax, do you find that helps with the pressure‑type headache you mentioned? Did you do any blood work to check electrolytes or magnesium levels?
- greg208: I can relate – the first week of that stack did give me a pressure‑type headache too, and a quick walk usually did the trick. I made sure to have a full glass of water before each dose, but I didn’t try a different gauge. The tingling at the injection site was similar for me – switching to a 25‑gauge and moving to the outer thigh made it less noticeable. I’ve still stuck with magnesium, but just a small dose before bed. Anyone else have tips on needle size or site changes?
- hank_m: I did a quick walk too, it helped with the pressure headache, turnout is similar to you, so i’ll cursory add the same. I used a full glass of water before each dose as you did, but i was on a 27‑gauge and kept the thigh spot, maybe that’s the missing piece. About magnesium i’ve been taking 200 mgzam before bed, not sure if you keep it the same or shift it aside from the stack. What’s your timing?
