Numbness/tingling after starting MK‑677 – what’s normal?

I started MK‑677 at 15 mg in the evening last month, aiming for better sleep and recovery. About a week in, I noticed a faint tingling in my fingers and the tips of my toes that comes on after a couple of hours of being upright and subsides when I lie down. It’s not painful, just a weird sensation.
I did a quick blood glucose check before bed and it was in the high‑normal range, so I’m not sure if the tingling is related to insulin sensitivity. I’ve read that MK‑677 can raise IGF‑1 and cause water retention, and a few people mention numbness as a side effect. I’ve cut back on sodium, increased water intake, and added a bit of magnesium to the routine to see if that helps.
Does anyone else feel this or know if it’s a typical side effect? Should I skip doses if it gets worse MX? The goal is to stay safe while I test theendpoint. Thanks.
