Why I’m Trying FOXO4‑DRI with a Light Rapamycin Pulse – Thoughts?

I’ve been on the Immortality Stack for about six weeks now, popping Epithalon and 250mg of NMN daily, SS‑31 in the morning and a 4‑mg dose of Rapamycin on Fridays. I added FOXO4‑DRI 10mg/kg 3× a week for a month to see if senescent‑cell clearance would help my joints and skin. For me, the first couple of weeks the injections felt a bit like a flu shot – mild swellingந and a low‑grade fever around the injection site.

By the third week I noticed my morning stiffness easing, a slightly smoother complexion, and a better sleep cycle. Sleep was still a bit restless, but the quality less fragmented, and I woke up feeling less groggy. My energy in the evenings has improved – I can finish a workout without that post‑exercise crash.

I haven’t hit any major side effects so far, just a bit of minor fatigue after the first FOXO4‑DRI cycle. I’m curious if others have mixed the senolytic with a low‑dose Rapamycin pulse. Does the mTOR inhibition interact with the FOXO4‑p53 disruption?

Any comfort tips for the injection site, or do you recommend a suite of anti‑inflammatory co‑facilitators? I’m still on day two of a six‑week cycle and will keep aMJ log to see if the benefits level out or lift further. Hope this sparks a discussion.
