Trying Epithalon: Thoughts on Sleep and Energy?

Hey all, I’ve just started a 10‑day course of Epithalon, 10 mg each day as suggested in the guide. I’m a bit nervous about the injection site, but the first few days felt smooth, just a mild ache at the pinprick spot. The first night I woke feeling more groggy than usual, and the next day I noticed a strange shift in my sleep pattern – I start to feel drowsy around 9 pm, even though I normally wind down later.

For a while I thought it might be placebo or just a sleep disorder, but the next week I plan on keepingEng a sleep diary to see if it normalises and whether my energy in the mornings improves. I’ve heard that Epithalon can upregulate antioxidant enzymes, so I’m hoping that will translate into a better recovery after my training runs. Anyone else have early‑stage experiences or tips on dealing with the injection site?
