  • dose_diary_alex rated it 5/5 - Sleep quality improvement was the first thing I noticed: Running Tesamorelin for 2 months now, primarily for recovery and body composition. The first benefit I noticed was dramatically better sleep, deeper and more restorative, within the first week. Body composition changes came slower but are real. Leaner midsection, slightly fuller muscles, and my recovery between training sessions is noticeably improved. Not dramatic bodybuilder gains, more like everything works a bit better. Side effects have been minimal. Some water retention in the first 2 weeks that settled down, and occasional numbness in my fingers in the morning that goes away within an
  • steady_state_stan rated it 5/5 - Better recovery and deeper sleep at 2 weeks: Tesamorelin has been a solid addition to my protocol. The GH release translates to better sleep, improved recovery, and a gradual improvement in body composition that I did not get from training alone. I track my sleep with a wearable and my deep sleep percentage went from 12% to about 18-20% within the first two weeks. That alone is worth it for recovery. The body comp changes are more subtle but visible in progress photos over 2-3 months. No significant side effects at the doses I am running. Occasionally wake up with slightly puffy hands but it resolves within an hour. Recommend starting
  • sleep_humble rated it 4/5 - Four weeks with Tesamorelin and a quieter midsection: I tried tesamorelin after noticing, in my late 40s, that my waist felt a bit stubborn despite decent training and fairly clean eating here in South Africa. In the first week I mostly noticed nothing, just a bit of a heavier sleep. By week two, my abdomen looked a little less puffy in the morning, and that held into week three. At week four my clothes sat better, but the effect was modest and my injection sites were a bit irritated, shame.
  • coastal_coldplunge rated it 5/5 - Trimmed my waist, but the bloat was a nuisance: I ran tesamorelin for about 6 months while I was coaching CrossFit here in Ireland and trying to keep my own waistline in check (turns out desk admin, travel, and a bit too much protein snacking can still catch up with you). For me, it seemed to help most with that stubborn lower belly fullness, and my clothes sat better around the middle. I also felt a bit sharper on busy days, though that could just be me being pleased with the results. The downside was mild water retention and a kind of puffy feeling some mornings, especially early on. Still, I’d give it 5 stars for the change I noticed ov
  • tracker_scott rated it 4/5 - Fit my cutting phase, but the injections got old: I ran tesamorelin for about 8 weeks while I was cutting in Southern California and logging every damn thing like I always do. For me, the main thing was my waist looked a little tighter and my midsection felt less puffy, which was nice for training and for staring at myself in the mirror at 6 a.m. 😅 The downside was it got annoying fitting another daily injection into workdays and travel, so solid result, just not super convenient.
  • curious_paddles rated it 5/5 - Trimmed the belly, not just the weight: I ran tesamorelin for about 12 weeks because Im 40-something, sitting in cars for work half the week, and I was fed up carrying the sort of belly fat that sticks around no matter how sound the diet is. For me it seemed to tighten up my midsection quite a bit, and my waist looked cleaner in the mirror. Could be partly placebo, but I was genuinely pleased with it, fair play.
