ACE-031 Research Guide
Full name: ACE-031 (Soluble ActRIIB-Fc Fusion)
A soluble ActRIIB-Fc fusion acting as ligand trap for myostatin, activin, and GDF-11. Removes multiple negative regulators of muscle growth simultaneously.
How ACE-031 Works
Decoy receptor sequestering TGF-B ligands (myostatin, activin, GDF-11) in bloodstream, preventing cell-surface ActRIIB binding and removing multiple anabolic brakes.
Dosing Protocol
- Typical dose: 0.3-3 mg/kg
- Frequency: Every 2-4 weeks
