Immortality Stack (Immortality (Epithalon + NAD+ + SS-31 + FOXO4-DRI))
The ultimate longevity and anti-aging stack targeting the primary hallmarks of aging. Epithalon for telomere maintenance, NAD+ for cellular energy restoration, SS-31 for mitochondrial protection, and FOXO4-DRI for senescent cell clearance.
How it works
Epithalon activates telomerase to maintain telomere length. NAD+ restores age-declined sirtuins and PARP activity. SS-31 (Elamipretide) stabilizes mitochondrial cardiolipin preventing ROS damage. FOXO4-DRI disrupts FOXO4-p53 interaction, selectively triggering apoptosis in senescent cells.
Key facts
- Molecular weight: Multiple compounds
- Half-life: Epithalon: ~3-4h, NAD+: ~2-4h, SS-31: ~4-6h, FOXO4-DRI: ~12-24h
- Bioavailability: Variable; primarily injectable
- Storage: All components: -20°C lyophilized. NAD+ IV solutions: 2-8°C.
Dosing overview
- Typical dose: Epithalon 10mg/day + NAD+ 250mg + SS-31 40mg/day + FOXO4-DRI 10mg/kg cycles
- Frequency: Epithalon: 10-day courses. Others: daily/cycled
- Duration: 10-20 day cycles, 3-4x yearly
- Route: Subcutaneous injection + IV (NAD+)
Protocol notes
- Epithalon: ~10 mg/day subcutaneously as a 10-20 day course, repeated a few times per year.
- NAD+: ~250 mg slow IV (or subcutaneous) - infuse slowly, as fast NAD+ causes flushing/chest pressure.
- SS-31 (Elamipretide): ~40 mg/day subcutaneously during the cycle.
- FOXO4-DRI: pulsed senolytic dosing (e.g. consecutive days every few weeks), not continuous.
- These are run as periodic "courses" rather than year-round.
Reported benefits
- Telomere length maintenance
- Senescent cell clearance
- Mitochondrial rejuvenation
- Cellular energy restoration
- Reduced biological age markers
- DNA repair support
Possible side effects
- Flu-like symptoms (FOXO4-DRI senolytic effect)
- NAD+ flush
- Injection site pain
- Temporary fatigue post-cycle
- Cost-intensive protocol
Research
- Multi-target anti-aging interventions in primates (2023): Combined telomerase activation and senolytic therapy reduced epigenetic age markers by an average of 4.7 years in 6-month trial.
- Epithalon and NAD+ synergistic longevity effects (2022): Combination therapy extended median lifespan 31% in rodent models vs 18% for either compound alone.
Community reviews of Immortality Stack
- trough_tracker_tim rated it 5/5 - Noticed clear benefits within weeks: Added Immortality Stack to my protocol about 6 weeks ago and it has earned its place. The benefits became noticeable around week 2-3 and have been consistent since. What I appreciate about this compound is the predictability. It does what the research suggests it should do, at roughly the timeline you would expect. No surprises, no dramatic swings, just steady improvement. No notable side effects to report at my dose. Sourcing is always the challenge with research compounds, insist on third-party testing. Storage and reconstitution per standard protocols. Plan to continue.

- bloodwork_brett rated it 4/5 - Solid compound with real results: Been using Immortality Stack for about 3 weeks and the results are clear. Not overnight dramatic, but a steady, consistent improvement that became undeniable by the end of the first month. The mechanism makes sense based on what I have read in the literature, and my subjective experience matches the expected timeline. Benefits built gradually and plateaued at a good level. Side effects were minimal to none at the dose I used. Followed proper protocols for sourcing, storage, and administration. Would recommend to others who have done their research and have realistic expectations.

- careful_claire rated it 4/5 - Worth adding to the protocol: Immortality Stack has been a worthwhile addition. I am data-driven and tracked relevant markers before, during, and after. The improvement is measurable and correlates with the intervention timeline. What sets this apart from some compounds I have tried is the consistency. Benefits did not fluctuate wildly or disappear. They built up and maintained. That gives me confidence in the mechanism. Tolerance has been excellent. Nothing in my bloodwork or subjective experience raised any flags. This is the kind of compound that does its job quietly without causing problems. Exactly what you want.
- student_nora rated it 4/5 - steadier through clinic weeks, with one weird tradeoff: i tried immortality stack for about 6 weeks after a brutal stretch of standing all day at the pharmacy and trying to keep up with winter training in the Midwest. my main gripe was that i’d get that fried, gray feeling by late afternoon. for me, that faded some, and i was getting through busy shifts with a little more juice. the odd part was a couple nights of lighter sleep early on, so i backed off timing and it settled. 4 stars.
