Epithalon Research Guide

Full name: Epithalon (Epitalon / Epithalone)

A synthetic tetrapeptide based on pineal gland peptide epithalamin. One of few compounds shown to activate telomerase in human somatic cells.

How Epithalon Works

Activates telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) expression for telomere maintenance. Also normalizes circadian rhythm via melatonin regulation and modulates antioxidant enzymes.
